A quiet luxury oasis on the shores of Lady Bird Lake.
Lady Bird Estates blends resort-caliber design with the easy, barefoot confidence of the city it calls home. Downtown's energy, the shops, the live music, the restaurants that keep Austin on every food lover's map, are just steps away, but step inside and the pace slows to something more grounded. More organic. More you.
The architecture draws its language from the land itself: native limestone, warm timber, and glass that dissolves the line between indoor and outdoor living. Texas native plantings, agave, live oaks, cascading vines, and native grasses, wrap the building in a lush, unmanicured beauty that feels less like landscaping and more like the hill country simply grew up around it.
At the heart of it all, a central courtyard garden anchors the community around a resort-style lagoon pool, the kind of space where mornings start slow and evenings never really end. Above, the penthouses open up to sweeping views of the downtown skyline and the lake below, a front-row seat to the city without ever feeling part of its rush.
Minutes from Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and miles of hike-and-bike trails, Lady Bird Estates isn't just close to nature, it's built as an extension of it.
I designed and built the entire project from initial concept to final render, handling every stage of production myself including scene design, asset creation, lighting, materials, foliage, camera work, and final rendering.
